We have a commendable track record of finding high-value under-performing assets, to which we apply various investment strategies and renovation techniques to encourage capital and income growth. We invest across multiple asset types, including Real Estate, and provide the relevant expertise, operational diligence and equity capital, to transform the asset into a high-performing investement whilst supporting our business needs.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Adam is an established Investor and Strategy Professional, with 13 years of experience, working with Financial Institutions and large Corporates across industries such as Technology, Media and Telecommunications, Energy and Natural Resources. He started his career as an investment analyst, followed by a fulfilling career at Ernst & Young UK LLP and Citi Investment Bank where he worked on high priority Strategy projects. Leveraging the skills gained through his career, Adam incorporated Harris Capital in 2019 leading multiple acquisitions for the organisation. He specialises in sourcing assets, and adopting value-add strategies to increase capital value and income.
